These couldn’t be easier or more ingenious. First, Grant melts mini peanut butter cup candies, then mixes in corn flakes. He drops dollops of the mixture onto wax paper, lets them cool, and voila, amazingly delicious cookies!

Grant has a trick for these coconut macaroons. He cooks a can of sweetened condensed milk in the slow cooker until it become dulce de leche! He then simply mixes it with shredded coconut and bakes in a muffin tin. Delish!
