Abby Carter missing case was closed when the teenager was found safe and sound.  

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) Troopers have called off the Amber Alert following the discovery of 14-year-old Abby Carter. 

Police claim that Amy Payne is the person who kidnapped the teenager. On Monday evening, OHP ended the Amber Alert at approximately 11 p.m. 

According to OHP, Abby was last seen with a backpack, a black jacket, and blue pants. She is described as having blonde hair, green eyes, 130 pounds, and 5 feet tall. 

The suspect is Amy Payne, age 43. Amy is described as 150 pounds, 5 feet, and 4 inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Abby was last seen at 16979 Rainbow Lane in Kingston, Oklahoma, around 2:50 p.m. on Jan. 16.
