To get the Ability Patch, you will first need to defeat the Elite Four and become the Champion. After that, you will be able to board the boat in Snowpoint City and go to Survival Island. This is a great end-game location, since it allows you to get many excellent items and abilities, such as the Judge Function which lets you see the IV of your Pokemon. To get the Ability Patch, you will need to earn BP by battling in the Battle Tower. Once you have 200 BP, you can then exchange these for the Ability Patch.

How to Use Ability Patch Pokemon BDSP

Once you have purchased this item, go into your Bag tab and select it. Then, select which Pokemon you want to use it on. It will then change its Hidden Ability with the old ability. Note that you need to take care when doing this, since this item doesn’t let you change the abilities back. So, only do this if you are really sure.
