Adam DiVello is an American television producer with a net worth of $15 million. He worked at MTV Networks as a senior production and development executive before leaving in 2007 to start his own production company, Done and Done Productions. DiVello created the popular reality television series, The Hills (2006-2010), which followed the life of Laguna’s lead character, Lauren Conrad. He also created a spin-off of The Hills called The City, which focused on the daily lives of several young women residing in New York City, New York.
DiVello started his career at MTV in 1997, working his way up from the videotape library to become MTV’s senior executive. He considers himself a storyteller and has received numerous credits for his work in television production.
Done and Done Productions currently has a three-year first look development deal with MTV Networks. While Liz Gateley served as the executive producer for The City, DiVello remained the executive producer for The Hills until it ended in 2010.
