Elisabeth Shue and Andrew Shue are indeed related. They both are brothers and sisters.

In November 2022, speculation about a romance between Andrew Shue’s estranged wife, Amy Robach, and her co-anchor TJ Holmes sparked interest in Andrew Shue’s personal life. 

Despite being married to other people, the coworkers were shown in leaked images making several romantic gestures while frolicking around New York City.

According to Page Six, some sources claimed that Amy Robach and Andrew Shue had parted ways after struggling in their marriage for more than a decade.

“Amy and Andrew are divorcing, it’s almost finalized. He moved out earlier this summer. They’ve constantly had problems over the years and they finally broke up.”

The relationship between Andrew Shue & Elisabeth Shue

The children of Anne Brewster and James William Shue, who were married in 1959 and welcomed John Shue and the late William Shue, are the siblings, according to the sources.

In Belfast, Maine, in May 2013, their father passed away. He had previously run for Congress and worked as a lawyer and developer.

Elisabeth Shue, born on October 6, 1963, is now 59 years old; she is nearly three and a half years older than her brother Andrew. He was born in February 1967.

Andrew, born on February 20, 1967, is a Wilmington, Delaware, native. He finished his education at Maplewood, New Jersey’s Columbia High School, where he played soccer.

Andrew, whose middle name is Eppley, played soccer for the Zimbabwean team Bulawayo Highlanders in the 1990s. 

After receiving his BA in history from Dartmouth University in 1989, he moved there. In addition to playing soccer, he also taught arithmetic at Bulawayo’s Founders High School.

Meanwhile, his older sister attended Wellesley College.

In 1985, she changed schools and enrolled at Harvard University, but she soon dropped out to pursue an acting career. She went back to finish earning her BA in political science in 2000.

Elisabeth made her Broadway debut and appeared in comedies with stars like Whoopi Goldberg and Alec Baldwin while her brother Andrew played soccer. Later, she starred in The Boys on Amazon Prime.

John Shue, a managing director of Harvard Management Company, is the brother of Elisabeth and Andrew. 

In 2007, the Shue siblings got together to film their semi-biographical movie, Gracie. Interestingly, Elisabeth’s husband, Davis Guggenheim, directed the movie.
