This year hasn't exactly been a good time. Sure, there have been more joyful moments than in 2020, but the past 12 months are best described as a rollercoaster, to say the least.

And while people you follow on Instagram will post snapshots of their 2021 accomplishments that can make you feel guilty for not achieving as much, remember social media only shows the highlights.
