Celine Boutier was born on 10th November 1993 in Clamart, France, to her loving and caring parents, Jacqueline and Christophe Boutier. In her presence, the team reached NCAA Golf Championship in 2014, and during that time, she also remained the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WCGA) Player of the Year, winning Honda Sports Award for golf.

She was the third member of the 2017 graduating class, exceeding the single-season earnings of around $100,000. Consequently, she became the first player from France to earn LPGA Tour Card through the first event she had in 2017, i.e., Symetra Tour, and was named second after the record was made in 2013.

Following the conclusion of the Symetra Tour season, Céline participated in various events on the Ladies European Tour and achieved victory in the Sanya Ladies Open. She also appeared for the Australian Ladies Classic- the ALPG Tour and won the event.

She had the 10th ranking on the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit after playing in seven events. There was a short period when the LPGA tour was on hold because of the coronavirus. Then on 4th June 2020, Boutier won the Texas Women’s Open, excelling over the Texas native Cheyenne Knight.
