Chad Broyles's Football Recruiting Profile
David Craig Personal Statement
I love the game win or lose. I have won more games than I have lost. My dad has all ways taught me that, "You can not all ways learn from winning, you can all ways learn from loosing. Winning is easy, loosing is teaching a man of his mistakes only to make him better."
My love for the game, conditioning, and preparation, comes from great Coaches. Since I was the age of 5, playing on a Pee Wee team, my Coaches have all ways stated to this date 2014, "That is a very Coachable kid." These Coaches were in fact College Players themselves.
Positions I have played:
Offense and Defensive Linemen, Defensive End, Running Back (9 to 30 yards per carry), Outside Linebacker and Middle Linebacker (8 to 11 tackles per game). The game callers stated in 2014, "I have never called one kids name so many times in one game, He is all over the field making tackles."
I tied our school record for most tackles at West View Middle School in 2014 with 10 tackles in a single game, in which this had not been done since 2004. My last game of the season I broke that record with 11 tackles in 2014. I love to hit, read the offense, and set the defense. My Coaches praise that I am very coachable! My love for the sport, and educational values are very important to me. I have received many awards from various schools and Colleges for defensive player of the year. I am heading into high school as a Freshman at Morristown West High School, Morristown, TN year 2015.
Chad Broyles (My idol and playbook the Legendary Ray Lewis)
Growing up in a very small town, Morristown,TN I learned at a young age the importance of hard work and faith from my parents. Not many make it out of this town, as a football player. We've had one player make it to the Pro level, James "Little Man" Stewart. My father being a Veteran taught me to stay disciplined, and to stay coach-able to every Coach I will join from little league up to high school, and if I were to get to a College, or to the Pros, keep it real, "Remember your roots." My father said all my life to make it successful in life, "I did things the hard way, as an Infantry Soldier, so that I would never have to live as poor as I did growing up." He said, "Son there are only two ways out of this town, that's a Scholarship in Education, or a Scholarship in a sport." So I chose both options, as a leader in school, and on the field. I also chose to help special needs children, that can't play the game, I feel I play it for them, they just want to be out there like I am. I also help within the community with special needs children, and giving out food to those in need. Its an honor to have worked with so many people through out the years to change me from a (non needed player, to a well developed talented, skilled player). The transition from LB for many years to FB, RB, was a blessing, not many on the team wanted to play FB, so my Coach said, "Chad has the speed, strength, and power to play that position, put him there." It was an honor that he saw my talent, and I thank him.
God, Family, Football!
