Chad Kelly Involved in Brawl During Brother's High School Football Game | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors
Emily Wong Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly ran on the field during a bench-clearing brawl on Oct. 7 between Bishop Timon-St. Jude High School and St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, according to the Buffalo News' Harry Scull Jr.
News 4 Buffalo's Tom Martin reported both benches cleared after Kelly's brother, Casey, was hit late out of bounds.

Martin provided additional context regarding Chad's involvement:

On Monday, Kelly discussed his involvement in the incident, per Greg Ostendorf of ESPN.com.
"If I could've done it differently, I definitely would have. I obviously wouldn't have run out on the field," Kelly said. "I regret doing it. But at the same time, I'm sure any of us, if we saw a family member out there in need of help, we would've come to the rescue too."

Kelly has a history of erratic behavior. He was dismissed from Clemson for conduct detrimental to the team in April 2014. In December of the same year, Kelly was arrested after being accused of punching a bouncer and threatening to fire a gun in a bar.
The St. Joseph's product proceeded to attend East Mississippi Community College before he latched on with the Ole Miss Rebels and was named their starting quarterback.
