CMA Country Christmas 2022 Performances, Where To Watch?
William Harris CMA Country Christmas 2022 performances with singers Maren, Dan Shay, and Scotty will be an exquisite event to watch.
This year, a total of eight artists will sing holiday music in classic Christmas specials. Other than Maren, Dan Shay, and Scotty spectators settle in to watch performers Old Dominion, Carly Pearce, Molly Tuttle, Steven Curtis Chapman, and The War And Treaty.
Carly Pearce is hosting the event for a second consecutive year. The CMA welcomed her back for another performance for the 12th Annual Country Christmas event.
She co-hosted the event with Gabby Barrett last year and wrote on her social media, "SO happy & humbled to be your host again this year."
Maren Morris Will Perform In CMA Country Christmas 2022
Maren Morris is a singer and songwriter who has achieved success as both a performer and a composer. Morris's music straddles the genres of classic rock, hard country, and pop with hip-hop influences.
Maren was born in Dallas, Texas on 10 April 1990. She grew up loving music at the early age of ten with her family's karaoke machine. Later, she began playing the guitar professionally and self-released her debut album, Walk On at 14.
In 2007, Morris was offered a deal with Smith Music Group after All That It Takes. She wrote 13 songs written and co-written by herself. In 2011, she independently released Live Wire just after her High School graduation.
Although Maren was enrolled at the University of North Texas, she went to Nashville to gain career growth. Morris gained recognition for the "Artist on the Verge" award and signed a publishing agreement with Yellow Dog.
Dan Shay
Dan and Shay are two successful American pop music composers and singers duo also known as Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney. Despite the fact that Dan and Shay appear very close they are neither blood relatives nor even close friends.
When they first met, both were already engaged in the country music industry. Dan was a member of the band Bonaventure, but Shay was a solo performer. They first met in December 2012 and started collaborating on songs right away. They received numerous signing offers within months of performing together.
Dan and Shay appear similar that even fans have difficulties telling them apart. Even though they aren't biologically related, it is obvious that Dan and Shay have a close relationship.
They have been friends and musical partners for a decade, and have achieved great success.
American Country Singer Scotty McCreery
Scotty McCreery won Season 10 of American Idol in May 2011 at the age of 17 and became a household name.
Admirers have witnessed the North Carolina native's success as a musician, artist, and performer. Scotty has never received a CMA Award nomination in his 11-year music career.
He released five studio albums after winning American Idol, including, Christmas With Scotty McCreery (2012), Clear As Day (2011), See You Tonight (2013), Seasons Change (2018), and Same Truck (2021).
Morris published a digital single named "My Church" in 2015 about love for his driving and music. It became a huge hit with over 2.5 million streams in just a month.
