Janice and Dorothy Wang were born to their parents Vivine Wang and Roger Wang.

Roger Wang

Dorothy and Janice's father Roger Wang is a Chinese-American businessmen. Roger was born and raised in Mainland China.

He came to the United States of America in 1970 to study MBA at Southeastern Louisiana University after graduating from the Chinese Culture University in 1969. He earned a bachelor's in economics degree from the latter institution.

He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1973 and subsequently started working at Thrifty Drug Stores as a manager on the west coast. He worked his way into insurance, retailing, and real estate development before returning back to China in 1992. 

Wang established his property development business in China but struggled to complete a high-rise building. He was left hung and dry by his partner in $96 million short on cash. Desperate for cash, Roger decided to open a department store in Nanjing. He employed techniques from the USA which turned out to be successful according to Los Angeles Times. 

Since then, Roger has made billions out of his departmental store business and his property development business. 

Vivine Wang

Vivine Wang is the mother of Dorothy and Janice. Vivine has mostly remained away from the web and limelight.

However, Dorothy has taken to her Instagram to wish Vivine on the occasion of Mother's Day several times.
