Elon Musk Opens Up About The Death Of Nevada Alexander Musk
William Burgess In a recent conversation on Twitter, Elon musk opened up about the death of his son.
Since Twitter was taken over, Elon Musk, the new CEO, has frequently been featured in news stories.
Today, November 21, the much-lauded CEO makes a significant disclosure in response to a tweet.
A verified Twitter user named Sam Harris questioned Elon Musk about bringing Alex Jones back to the site. ‘Is it time to allow Alex Jones back on Twitter, Elon Musk? the user tweeted. Why not, if not?’
In order to respond to a query on Twitter, Elon Musk recalled a difficult moment.
Musk’s response hasn’t changed over the course of several hours, though. ‘My firstborn child died in my arms,’ he said. ‘I felt his last heartbeat. Whoever uses the murders of children for personal gain, political gain, or fame has no mercy from me.’
A far-right conspiracy theorist who maintained that one of the worst mass shootings in American history was a hoax asked Musk to lift his ban.
Alex Jones is a radio show host who was held responsible for calling the Sandy Hook mass shooting incident in 2012 a hoax.
Elon Musk is a visionary entrepreneur and innovator, best known for his role in founding the revolutionary companies PayPal, Tesla Motors, SpaceX, and SolarCity.
He has also been involved in many other projects related to space exploration, artificial intelligence (AI), and internet-based services.
Who Was Nevada? What Happened To Him?
Nevada Alexander Musk, Elon Musk’s oldest kid, was gratefully welcomed into the world in Orange County, California, in 2002.
Alexander Musk tragically died at the age of just ten weeks.
The 51-year-old billionaire’s first fatherhood experiences—the birth and subsequent death of his first child—also marked his first exposure to sudden bereavement.
Musk has six children; twins Griffin and Xavier, triplets Damian, Saxon, Kai, and Nevada Alexander.
Tragically, Nevada passed away at just ten days old due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). After his passing, Musk wrote a heartfelt tribute to his son on Twitter: “Never forget the joy he brought to all of us. See you in the stars.”
Nevada’s death has had a profound effect on Musk and his family.
The entrepreneur said he created the Xavier and Griffin Foundation to honor Nevada, ‘so that some good can come of this tragedy.’
Part of the Foundation’s mission statement is to “fund research and support programs dedicated to the prevention of SIDS.”
Musk also named a SpaceX drone ship “Just Read The Instructions” in honor of his son, with each letter standing for one of Nevada’s names.
To this day, Elon Musk continues to honor his son’s memory and strive to make the world a better place in his son’s name.
He has taken on several philanthropic projects as well, such as establishing the Musk Foundation with his brother Kimbal to focus on education and renewable energy initiatives around the world.
Elon Musk is well known for his ambitious goals and commitment to innovation, but it’s clear that he also values family above all else—and his late son Nevada will always remain close to his heart.
