Flipping Out With My Dad cast members are Kristyn and Pancho Patterson. Both the pair push the limits of their flipping skills in the show by flipping homes in Detroit.

Here both father and daughter are in Detroid taking on the biggest dumps and changing them into a masterpiece that everyone will love.

1. Pancho Patterson

Pancho Patterson has been a General Contractor for over 30 years. Pancho is the contractor for the show.

After working for many decades in his career now he wanted to retire soon but her daughter involved him in her work of flipping houses. He seems to be a joyful person who always motivates her daughter and supports her to complete her dream.

Kristyn tells that the one thing about her dad is that at first he always goes against all her designs and then comes around and loves them in the end.

To launch an extraordinary flipping adventure Pancho a seasoned house flipper is impelled by his ambitious daughter Kristyn. He has been flipping out about his daughter's abnormal living situation.

The fun thing to know about him is he wears sunglasses no matter what time of the day it is. It doesn't matter if he is inside or outside the house.

2. Kristyn Patterson

Kristyn Patterson has been rehabbing homes for about seven years in New Orleans, Chicago, and now Detroit. Kristyn is a full-time scientist while also being a rehabber.

While on the road traveling for work, she needed some help therefore she convinced her dad to flip homes with her. Kristyn is the brains of the operation or rather the designer for the show.

At the age of sixteen, she started her first job at Finish Line at the Plaza in Chicago. She has always had a love for kicks and now in her later years, nothing has changed except she has also added a love for heels and pursues.

Since 2020, she has been locked and focused on a dream to have the opportunity to breathe life back into forgotten neighborhoods. By purchasing two homes from the Detroit Land Bank one home in Chicago and a new build in Detroit she started her first steps towards her dream.

In the middle of the pandemic in 2021 things got more interesting. From the Detroit Tax Auction, after winning a bid on two duplexes she was the new owner.

Then, with the bank for four duplexes on the same block, she also submitted another bid, ensuring her future tenants would be on a reputable block. Then she won the bid for the four duplexes and closed on them in 2022.

In the past three years, she has successfully sold three of the rehabs. By keeping two full-time jobs and staying focused on solutions she has completely understood the depth of skills, emotions, and financial resources required to achieve quickly.
