Gisele Bundchen appears to be throwing herself further into her career rather than focusing on the marital troubles that she is having with NFL legend Tom Brady.

The 42-year-old model recently appeared on the cover of V Magazine's Summer Issue and it was her first cover in nearly four years. Keeping up the good run, she then had covers on Vogue, Elle and Perfect and there are meant to more in the works for Bundchen too.

She is managing to attract more than work than ever and perhaps it is a welcome distraction from the trouble that she is having with Brady.

The pair are believed to have grown apart, with no suggestion that anyone has cheated on the other.

Bundchen is working hard

A source tells Page Six that Bundchen has been shot by British fashion photographer David Sims for French mag M Le magazine du Monde, which is set to come out soon, during Paris Fashion Week.

They have also been told the model is so busy that she is turning down work: "She also just turned down a huge campaign from a major brand."

Another source suggested that it is not the start of a major comeback into the modelling world.

Gisele is a powerhouse

"She has never gone away," says the source. "She is a powerhouse. These girls - the supers - are still so celebrated."

Bundchen recently told Elle that she had put her fashion career on pause, and was looking towards the future.

"I've done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]," she said. "I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams."

She added, "I have a huge list of things that I want to do... I feel very fulfilled, as a mother and as a wife. And now it's going to be my turn," she said.
