Gwyneth Paltrow has decided to be incredibly open with her fans in her latest Q&A session on Instagram in which some incredibly personal questions were asked.

The 50-year-old decided to let fans ask her questions on Friday and it went in a very unusual direction.

One fan decided to say to the actor: "Do you lick ass, Gwyneth? Xx." She responded with a very calm answer of 'not generally, no'.

That seemed to set the tone for the Q+A as another said 'got a little homo in you or nah?' and her response was just 'these questions are epic'.

There was a very quick reaction from Twitter users to the surprising Q+A.

"Gwyneth Paltrow's answers to IG questions are totally freaking me out. I told you she's my person," tweeted one person.

"ngl, I thought these questions from Gwyneth Paltrow's ig were jokes at first, but it turns out to be real," chimed in another person.

While another wrote: "gwyneth paltrow doesn't *generally* eat ass, but it's not a complete no."

There is little to suggest that Paltrow has ever been very nervous talking about sex, given she once sold a candle that supposedly smells of her vagina.

She also covered her naked body in gold paint for a photo shoot last year, on which she said: "All I know is that they're painting me gold and that I have to be naked. I feel so good turning 50, and this is about expressing that sense of energy and optimism that I'm experiencing. It's more about the female gaze and just a sense of fun."
