The Lego Fortnite Health Charm is an item that, when equipped, grants you extra health. As in, you get more hearts in that upper left corner. The higher the rarity of the Health Charm, the more health it bestows. You get the idea. So, how do you get your hands on the Health Charm and the recipe for it? Let’s find out!

How to Get Health Charm in Lego Fortnite

To get the a Health Charm in Lego Fortnite, you will have to keep upgrading your village and your Crafting Bench. The former is important because that’s how you unlock the various utility machines, and the latter because it’s how you get more advanced recipes. The most basic, aka Common version of the Health Charm unlocks after you discover all the necessary ingredients, which are five Wolf Claws (drop from Wolves), three Bones (drop from Skeletons) and three Silk Threads. The last one is the most complicated. You first have to gather raw Silk from the tiny spiders, then make a Spinning Wheel (eight Planks, five Wood, five Wooden Rods, five Wolf Claws). Use the Wheel to refine regular ole Silk into Silk Threads.

And there you go, that’s how you get a Health Charm in Lego Fornite. Now, I do also have to mention that you can sometimes get them from the various chests you can find and open across the open world. It’s far from a guaranteed drop, but as you can see from the image above, we got one that way. We were still pretty far away from Silk Threads at that point. Another thing to note is that the higher tiers of the Health Charm do require more difficult-to-get resources. For example, the Rare Heath Charm is made up of three Wool Thread (same as Silk Thread, but from sheep), three Cut Amber, three Sand Claws and three Flexwood Rods.
