Ah, another possible explanation for Jason Segel’s hesitance to sign on to a final season of How I Met Your Mother: He and Michelle Williams have split up, with long distance being cited as a factor (she lives in NYC, HIMYM films in L.A.) The couple began dating in March 2012 and parted ways earlier this month. A quick Google image search makes it look like Segel was pretty close with Williams and Heath Ledger’s 7-year-old daughter, Matilda. Extra sad.
