More than a year after her separation from Gerard Pique, Shakira's life in Miami seems to have restarted and the singer is regularly seen happily attending various sporting events in the company of other celebrities and athletes.

She has even been romantically linked with various personalities such as Tom Cruise and Lewis Hamilton, the latter being the one with whom most speculation has arisen, although neither of the two have confirmed the romance.

J-Lo and Clara Chia together in a photo?

However, a recent image has caused a stir and may have upset Shakira. That's because Jennifer Lopez and Clara Chia, Pique's new partner, have been side by side in a viral image.

Jennifer Lopez and Clara Chia don't have any ties in common nor have they been in contact.

What is happening is that the Despierta America program shared a photo on its Instagram account in which it compared the style of J-Lo, Clara Chia and Meghan Markle, something that fans of Shakira did not like at all, according to Mundo Deportivo.

"J-Lo, Meghan Markle and Clara Chia shined this week with their outfits, which one is your favorite," the caption read.

That sparked a backlash and the post quickly went viral-

"Disrespectful to J-Lo to put her on the same level as the other two," wrote one Instagram user.

"J-Lo can't be compared to Meghan let alone Chia," wrote someone else.

Tension between J-Lo and Shakira?

This sight may have irked Shakira, even if nobody knows that for sure, given that she is friends with Jennifer Lopez.

They even did the Super Bowl LIV half time show together, forming a dynamic duo.

However, Shakira's fans are upset about a comment made by J-Lo in a documentary.

"This is the worst idea in the world for two people to perform at the Super Bowl," J-Lo said in the documentary 'Halftime'.

"Normally, you have a headliner at a Super Bowl. That headliner builds a show and, if they choose to have other guests, that's their choice.

"It was an insult to say that you needed two Latinas to do the job that historically one artist has done."

These statements were not well received by Shakira's fans and showed that perhaps not everything was hunky-dory between the two.
