Jessica Moffitt Story on Mr Entity Moffitt Family Haunting
Emily Wong Deborah and Jessica Moffitt revealed their paranormal experience in Huffington Post in 2022. Jessica took the internet by storm after her article went viral.
Jessica was not aware of the terrors her parents and family faced from a paranormal figure known as Mr. Entity. The attacks started three years before she was born and continued until she was three years old. Jessica recounts she was too young to notice or remember anything from the agonizing days.
According to her Huffington Post article, Jessica's father passed away in 2012 and her mother was cleaning his belongings a month after his death. Jessica walked into her mother Deborah's room to find a bed full of strange and creepy pictures.
Jessica asked about the bone-chilling photographs which she could not make sense of to her mother, the images showed a knife thrust into her grandmother's photo and the words " Die Lee" written on the mirrors. Lee is Jessica's grandmother's name.
Deborah explained how their family was haunted and terrorized in the late 1980s and early 1990s. She detailed every bit of the story from the weird markings on the wall to the destroyed rooms and broken picture frames, everything captured in photographs.
Deborah also explained how Mr. Entity followed them around in the hotel rooms and other places out of the home leaving them with no other option than endure the pain and terror in silence.
The Start Of The Moffitt Family Terrors
Jessica details the story of how and why Mr. Entity started haunting the Moffitt family in the same article.
According to Jessica's Huffington Post article, everything started after Deborah caught Jessica's grandfather wiping off the conversation with Mr. Entity from a bathroom mirror.
Deborah revealed the conversation was about him asking Mr. Entity to kill Jessica's grandmother Lena “Lee” Moffitt so that he could gain control over the finances of the family left by Lee's parents.
After the confrontation regarding the betrayal, Lee demanded he leaves the estate and their lives immediately. Jessica's grandfather reluctantly agreed and left their lives never to be found again but he left behind Mr. Entity to agonize the family with terror.
Deborah Ordered Mr. Entity To Leave
Deborah brought an end to the haunting by ordering Mr. Entity to leave the home.
Despite her grandfather gone from home, Mr. Entity was not budging until Deborah decided to take matters into her own hands. She feared her kids will get affected by everything that was going around and decided to step up against Mr. Entity.
According to Jessica in her article, Deborah asked Mr. Entity to leave them alone twice before he agreed reluctantly. However, the creature would not go alone so he took a paranormal researcher who was living with the Mottiff family at that time together with him.
Mr. Entity who had written some terrifying words and sentences in the past on bathroom mirrors and wrote, "Goodbye, My Family," at last before leaving the house.
Although Mr. Entity was gone from home and their lives never to return again, the fear remained in Jessica's father and grandmother's hearts. They would not walk alone after sunset and would need to be escorted by Deborah or one of the kids inside their house.
Lee would often burst into panic-pray whenever she encountered anything off its place and constantly begged for silence in the house.
