Ryan Casey, 45, his 31-year-old girlfriend Kelsey Ables, and her 7-year-old son Kason Ables have been confirmed as the victims. According to early evidence, Casey used a firearm to kill Kelsey and Kason before turning the weapon on himself.
The Mat-Su Major Crime Unit of the Alaska Bureau of Investigation is conducting the investigation into this unfortunate incident, and a trooper spokesperson was not immediately available for comment as of Tuesday morning.
