What does it take to really embrace the concept of self love? What I have come to understand is that the first and number one ingredient in fulfilling our dreams and desires is to love ourselves. I believe this because for 20+ years, I resided in the darkest places of addiction, the total opposite of self love and my results were simply more darkness and an endless cycle of self loathing and despair.

The fact is that there are few less loving relationships that one might have with themselves than one of alcoholism and addiction. And you can only imagine the ugliness that was me and my life. Like many children of the 60's, I thoroughly enjoyed the sex, drugs and rock'n'roll lifestyle, but eventually my indulgences gave me an up close and personal look at the bottom of the barrel. Thankfully, circumstances brought me to be my knees and with a little help from my “friends” I am one of the lucky ones who made the choice of sobriety.

My journey has brought me to you as a Nutritional Cleansing Consultant and Wellness Coach. One of the first things I did when I got sober was to hit the gym and learn about my body and what it needed to thrive. I have now had 25+ years of clean living and healthy choices to empower my life and to help you empower yours.
