The project was focused on enrichment programs for the Spanish language based in Miami, Kansas City, and Atalanta. For two decades, Traci worked as a Spanish tutor and built a proficiency-based Spanish language curriculum.

The Georgian has Grant Writing Certificate awarded to her by Kennesaw State University in December 2014. Similarly, she obtained the Georgia Educator Certificate from Georgia Professional Standards Commission in August 2018.

Johnson earned her bachelor's Degree from the University of Miami in 1994 with majors in History and Spanish. Furthermore, she has a postgraduate certificate obtained from Florida International University in 2004.

She began her volunteer work in 2012 after she joined Garrison Mill Education Foundation Inc. Traci served as a Foundation Board Member for ten months there.

Traci is a passionate architect of student-centered learning experiences. Furthermore, she is a skilled program administrator with a proven language specialist, a driver of research, and results-based learning design.

The educator is dedicated to social and political causes like human rights, civil rights and social action, animal welfare, environment, and economic empowerment.

In 2013, Curran joined Slow Food as the Director of Education. She created teaching resources for teachers and educators and collaborated with national directors on grant allotments.

Curran also volunteered as Grant Writer and Curriculum Consultant at Honey Shine Inc. for seven months until June 2014.
