Leeds’ Rodrigo expected to miss up to four weeks but doesn’t need surgery on shoulder injury
Mia Lopez Leeds United are hopeful Rodrigo will only miss the next three to four weeks after his shoulder injury on Tuesday night.
The forward had to be replaced during the first half of Leeds’s draw with Everton after battling with Jordan Pickford over the ball. Leeds later confirmed that he had dislocated his shoulder.

Jesse Marsch gave a positive update on Thursday morning. He said: “(Rodrigo) doesn’t need surgery, we’re targeting after the international break. Everyone else is in training except Stuart (Dallas).”

Leeds have received a further series of boosts, as Patrick Bamford and Liam Cooper are back available for this Saturday’s game against Brentford. Junior Firpo and Luke Ayling are also back for the first time this season.
Marsch refused to comment on Leeds’s transfer situation. Bamba Dieng is likely to sign for Leeds on Thursday, with the Marseille forward set to fly to the United Kingdom after Leeds agreed a €10million deal with Marseille, while Dan James could join Fulham on loan for the rest of the season.
