After her divorce from her first husband George, Dina moved on by marrying a catering businessman Thomas Manzo in 2007. Their extravagant wedding ended up costing the couple over $1 million despite hosting their reception at Thomas's catering place. Their wedding was featured on VH's My Fabulous Wedding. 

However, the million-dollar wedding did not last as expected as Dina was separated from Thomas by October 2012. She shared the news with her Twitter followers and appreciated her supporters during the hard times, according to Daily Mail. 

As her second marriage came to an abrupt end, Dina found comfort in the arms of her current husband Dave Cantin, the American philanthropist and businessman. The pair tied the knot on June 28, 2017, after dating for two years. 

Lexi has appreciated her stepfather Dave for his constant support and for being an amazing human being through her Instagram account. Previously, she had sided with her mother when her former stepfather Thomas allegedly attacked Dina and her then-boyfriend Dave.
