Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana out of Cameroon squad with injury
David Craig Andre Onana is returning to Manchester United after withdrawing from the Cameroon squad with an injury.
The goalkeeper, 27, was forced off during his country’s World Cup qualifying win over Mauritius on Friday night and the federation have now confirmed he will miss the upcoming game with Libya.
United are next in action against Everton on Sunday in the Premier League.

Onana came off with 10 minutes remaining of the 3-0 victory over Mauritius in Douala before tests later revealed an injury to the pubis, one of the three bones that make up the pelvis, the federation said.
He won’t play a part when Cameroon take on Libya in Benghazi in a World Cup qualifier on Tuesday and is instead returning to Manchester where he will undergo further testing.
It remains to be seen whether he will be fit enough to return to action for United next weekend.
United’s No 2 goalkeeper is Altay Bayindir, who is yet to make his debut for his new club following a summer move from Fenerbahce.
Onana also moved to Old Trafford in the summer window, arriving from Inter Milan in a €51million (£43.9m, $57.4m) deal.
He has made 18 appearances in all competitions so far this season for United, keeping six clean sheets.
