Personal Statement

I`ve always dreamed about swimming competively in college, so its my main goal in life right now to make that happen. I would love to go to a school that can offer a good swim team and good academics. I feel that if i`m pushed the sky is the limit, and i believe i have lots of potential. I plan on working extremely hard to achieve this goal, as it means very much to me. Swimming has always been important to me, i have been awarded Virginia swimmer of the year before, i have made the zones team every year since i was 9, i have been an eastern zone champion multiple times and a Virginia age group championships winner many times, i also hold meet records at Age group champs, and was highpoint winner. This past summer i swam at YMCA nationals for my first time ever. Those are some of my accomplishments in my swimming career. I also pride my self in my academics, and i will work very hard to achieve high standards in them. And it all starts with being a hard worker and a leader.
