Footballers Douglas Luiz and Alisha Lehmann, both Aston Villa players, have broken up after almost a year together.

The newspaper 'The Sun' reports that the pair have ended their relationship because of an argument over Alisha Lehmann's participation in her official 2023 calendar in which she starred in a number of sensual poses.

The 'Daily Mail' reports that "Douglas Luiz and Lehmann confirmed they split after their year-long relationship" and confirms that the break-up was caused by the sensual images in the footballer's calendar.

In November 2021, Lehmann posted a video to her stories in which she was very affectionate with Douglas Luiz.

Lehmann was Ramona Bachmann's girlfriend before dating Douglas Luiz.

Lehmann is just 23 years old and already one of the most followed female footballers in the world (she has over 9.3 million followers on Instagram).

She is a Switzerland international and in 2021 she swapped Everton for Aston Villa.

Before dating Douglas Luiz, Lehmann was romantically involved with the also footballer Ramona Bachmann of Paris Saint-Germain, who has played for Chelsea and Wolfsburg.
