Raiders’ Josh Jacobs out vs. Chargers with quad injury: Sources
Andrew Mckinney Las Vegas Raiders All-Pro running back Josh Jacobs will miss Thursday night’s matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers with a quad injury, according to league sources. Zamir White is slated to start in his place.
The Raiders tailback left last week’s loss against the Vikings after suffering the injury and missed practice all week.

Jacobs, whose contract expires after this season, has rushed for 805 yards and six touchdowns on 233 carries. He’s also caught 37 passes for 296 yards. He’s coming off a career year last season with a league-high 1,653 yards along with 12 TDs.
White, a second-year back, has only rushed for 54 yards on 20 carries this season.
