Report: Passengers removed cash from Shawty Lo's body after crash

Police officers on the scene allowed the two female passengers to remove most of the money from his body, the report states. They left behind $16.35, which medical examiners found with his body, according to the report. Some $5 bills and $1 bills were spread around the crash scene, the report said.
Medical examiners also found a pill bottle, labeled “Promethazine” with the rapper’s name printed on the label with Hydrocodone and Oxycodone pills inside, the report states. Promethazine is commonly used to treat allergy, while Hydrocodone and Oxycodone are painkillers.
The cause of death has been determined as blunt force injuries of the head.
