Andrew Mckinney The season finale of The Real Housewives of New York City will air on 31st August 2021. But the question is whether a reunion is happening.
Whilst Bravo’s famous cast are usually expected to meet for a grand reunion episode to end the series, we are all still unaware of whether season 13 will see a drama-filled final get together.
With little news and Twitter fan confusion on what’s in the cards for a season 13 reunion, it’s looking like the world of RHONY is up in the air.
To settle the confusion, Reality Titbit looked into how the reunion could go ahead – if it does – and explored the current speculation.

With season 13 welcoming new cast members, fans were excited to see a different side to the RHONY women. With so much expectation for an incredible series, season 13 just didn’t quite seem to impress.
With repetitive episodes and arguments, it seems fans aren’t even particularly bothered if there is a reunion episode or not!
With the show’s ratings being so low this season – causing filming to be delayed – it is the relationship between newbie Eboni K. Williams and Ramona Singer, which could have the biggest effect on the reunion.
With fans having seen their many ups and downs during the season mainly regarding the topic of race, some think Ramona doesn’t want to appear at the reunion for fear that the topic will once again be discussed.

Whilst there has been nothing but confusion and speculation on Twitter surrounding the reunion, no one seems to be any closer in figuring out whether it will happen or not.
But for one thing, fans don’t seem to be happy and with no announcements made by Bravo or the RHONY team, it seems fans may start to give up on hope…

The #RHONY reunion being virtual and still not filmed yet which means we may have to wait a couple more weeks after the final episode.
PS this season is a mess. Can we pretend this is a 'lost season' or something.

Just to add to the Twitter drama, the reunion show’s usual host, Andy Cohen sent out a tweet on 30th August announcing the reunion for one of the franchises’ other series.
Andy wrote: “My team is gearing up for THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF BEVERLY HILLS REUNION!”

RHONY season 13 reunion: How will it work?
Although they are long-time cast members, Ramona Singer and Luann de Lesseps were not in the city during filming of the last season 13 episodes.
It seems that a virtual reunion may have to take place – which is likely to cause even further disappointment to fans.
The reunion episode, which is usually set out amongst sofas where the cast sits with Andy Cohen, could now be via video chat.
The cast has all been informed of the change of schedule and that the reunion may have to be filmed at a later date, giving some hope that an in-person meeting could still take place.
If the reunion for season 13 of RHONY is scratched, it will be the first season across all of the Real Housewives franchises to not include an end of season cast reunion show.
