Personal Statement

My name is Riley Solomon and I am currently a Junior at Pewaukee High School, class of 2018.  Growing up in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, I have had such a great community role model in JJ Watt to look up to.   His motto, Dream Big, Work Hard really says it all.   I definitely have big dreams for my future.  I am working hard every day, both on the court and in the classroom to make sure those dreams become my reality.   I hope to run my own business one day.  Maybe a Gym or a Salon.   I am a 3 sport Scholar Athlete    I play Volleyball in the Fall, Basketball in the Winter (and Summer), and run Track in the Spring.  This leaves little time for anything else, but I do work a part time job.  Not because I need to, but because I want to be independent.  Anything in life needs to be earned.   Nothing is deserved.  I am so very grateful for my parents, teachers and for the coaches I've had thru the years that have helped mold me into a person I can be proud of.
