Personal Statement

My name is Sarah Haire, I am apart of the 2019 graduating class at Rockville High School. I am very interested in pursuing my college career as a college athlete. I have been  very interested in volleyball ever since my freshman year beginning in the school team, to which I now participate in club.  I love learning new skills and helping others learn and perfect old ones.  I put 100% effort into all my work weather it be sports or school. 

My current weighted GPA is 96.88 and I received a 1150 on my SAT. I take all honors, AP and ECE courses that give me a challenge but I love the work. I have received high honors for all my years in school and plan on continuing the thread. I received the Coaches Award for my 2017 Varsity Volleyball team for my work ethic and persistence.  My club team won two championship NERVA tournaments! I am apart of many schools club, such as Link Crew, Peer Advocates and Unified Sports. I am hoping to major in psychology and social work.

I would love to be apart of a team and schools that fits my needs while I can fit the teams. Playing volleyball in college would be an asset to my work and school. Thank you for your time, feel free to contact any of my coaches.
