Taylor started dating Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman in 2015. They got engaged in October, 2019. They were married to each other after Chadwick proposed to her while they were vacationing at Malibu, California. Chadwick Boseman was diagnosed with colon cancer. He died on August 28, 2020, after battling with cancer for 4 years. According to the official statement released after his death, it was mentioned that Chadwick passed away at his home in the presence of Taylor and his family members.
