Seattle did lose the game 24-10, it should be noted. So maybe the bizarre pre-match antics went against them.

Led by receiver DK Metcalf, some of the Seahawks players took to the field shirtless despite the fact that the turf itself was showing the ravages of the cold and snow that plague Kansas City these days.

America continues to battle cold snap

Whilst the Seahawks were able to find the fun side of the weather, much of the United States has been paralyzed by the cold storm enveloping the country.

Buffalo's main airport remains closed until Monday afternoon, which forced the Buffalo Bills to make alternate travel plans following their Christmas Eve win away to the Chicago Bears.

There was even cold-ish temperatures in Miami as the Dolphins came undone against the Green Bay Packers.

Snow has already impacted the 2022 NFL season, with the Buffalo Bills' matchup against the Miami Dolphins actually being halted due to fans throwing snowballs onto the field.
