Aretha Franklin's "A Natural Woman" is deemed offensive by a transgender organization claiming that it "perpetuates anti-trans stereotypes" and it's looking to get the song removed from online platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.

The song which has been a bastion of womanhood and femininity in general is now considered offensive by the Trans-Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA) in Norway.

The newly found group has been taking on basic issues like birth certificates, pet genders, and now Aretha's legendary song.

The TCMA had to expressively point out that they are not a parody of an organization and that they plan to open a chapter in each country of Europe is going hard against the establishment.

After the post caused an uproar on social media, the account turned out to be a parody and it questioned the state of cancellation that we are living in at this moment.

The initial post reads 'Aretha Franklin's 1968 song "Natural Woman" perpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes, There is no such thing as a "natural" woman, helped inspire acts of harm against transgender women.'

The post raised 300,000 views in just a few days

In another post of the parody account, they stated that 'There have been zero meaningful studies into the gender identities of pets,' 'It seems meaningless, but many children learn gender from their pets. Just because you bring home a "gendered" pet, allow your child to choose the gender of the pet - don't assign it one "at will."'

They even mocked how periods could even be canceled

The post read 'A period is a state of mind than an actual state of being, and men who have transitioned can absolutely have periods and need free hygiene products.'

The fact that the news spread like wildfire is proof that sometimes we need to take things with a grain of salt and laugh at the irony.
