Walter Kelly, Jr, affectionately known as Shifty, passed away peacefully at home Sunday July 8, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Ann Kelly and son, Rashed (Carl Kelly) Hasan. He is survived by three sons, Walter J. Kelly (Cheryl), Eric Kelly (Stacey) of Lincoln, NE and Kenneth Kelly of Norfolk and daughter; Jeanette Kelly Johnson (Ira) of Ft. Washington, Md.
