Wenger: Olivier Giroud to Start Training Next Week
William Burgess TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger said that Olivier Giroud has started to recover from ankle injury and will start practicing with the squad next week. The 28-year-old striker has been suffering from the injury since August 23.
“Giroud joins in training next week,” Arsene Wenger said as quoted on Arsenal official website.
Meanwhile, the captain Mikel Arteta has been ruled out of his side's Premier League encounter against Swansea after sustaining a hamstring injury in midweek.
Laurent Konscielny, David Ospina, Mathieu Debuchy, and Mesut Ozil will be continue to be rested until December.
