Where is Penn at Dueling Peaks Stable Zelda Tears of the Kingdom

Penn is on the roof of the Dueling Peaks Stable in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. See how the stable is in the shape of a horse’s head and neck? Well, you have to get to the tippy-top of the head, and that’s where you’ll find Penn. If you really need the exact coordinates, they are 1758, -1925, 0039. If you don’t want to climb, you can teleport to the Eshos Shrine if you have it unlocked (1566, -1944, 0157). Jump off the cliff and glide to the east. Where is Penn After Newspaper Quests in Zelda TOTK

After you’ve completed all the newspaper quests in Zelda TOTK or Tears of the Kingdom, Penn goes to Washa’s Bluff, which is northeast of Satori Mountain, across the river. If you’ve played Breath of the Wild, it’s at the place where Kass made you take of your clothes in the Under a Blood Moon shrine quest. Basically, find the mushroom-shaped rocks left of the Hyrule Ridge geoglyph. Penn will be on top of the tallest mushroom rock.

Before we wrap up, a quick addendum about the whole journalist quest chain. After you cover all the stories, head back to the Gazette and talk to Traysi. You’ll get a whole armor set and a lot of money for your troubles. Technically, you can go back there after every completed story, but there’s no reason for that.
