Christian Dvorak has not married yet and is not involved in a relationship as of 2022. 

The athlete, only 26 years old, is committed to his career. He might not be able to make the best choice for a relationship at this young age. He might have believed that being in a relationship could cause him to lose focus on his career ambitions of becoming the generation's top hockey player.

Dvorak began his playing career with the U16 and U18 Chicago Mission squads. His ascent to popularity started during the 2014–15 campaign when he finished second on the team in scoring, just 109 points behind Mitch Marner.

Dvorak signed his first professional contract on April 18, 2015, when he agreed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Arizona Coyotes.

Dvorak and Marner were given the title of co-captain of the Knights at the start of the 2015–16 campaign.

Dvorak spent the entire campaign on the top line with Matthew Tkachuk and Mitch Marner. He outscored his previous total and finished the season as the team's leading scorer with 121 points. At the ENMAX Centrium in Red Deer, Dvorak assisted the London Knights in winning the 2016 Memorial Cup championship game to end his junior career. 

The Coyotes transferred Christian to the Montreal Canadiens on September 4, 2021, in exchange for a 2022 first-round and 2024 second-round pick. The Canadiens were forced to fill a gap at the center position after deciding not to match an offer sheet given to Jesperi Kotkaniemi, the third-overall pick in 2018. Dvorak has been the subject of trade rumors for a while and was seen as the perfect fit to fill the post.

On September 27, 2021, Dvorak made his NHL debut for the Canadiens against the Toronto Maple Leafs in a preseason game, recording a goal and three assists. Dvorak and the Canadiens had significant difficulties when the regular season got underway.

The Canadiens had a historically poor season that resulted in the dismissal of a large portion of the management. When Dvorak returned to the game after missing two months due to injury, new coach Martin St-Louis noticed a significant improvement in his performance. With 56 games played, he had 11 goals and 22 assists for the season.
