A terrifying moment occurred during XPW Wrestling's deathmatch event in Pomona, California, on April 22. One of the wrestlers set himself on fire by accident while he was trying to show off one of his stunts.

The man, whose nickname is MASADA, was burned on his face and body while attempting to blow a fireball at his opponent.

He poured a substance in his mouth, but when he tried to blow the fire when everywhere on his upper body. According to TMZ Sports, MASADA remains at the medical centre in his bid to recover from the burns.

"My face is healing up fast, just the rest is going to take a while," MASADA told TMZ.

"I've done that spot a lot when I wrestled in Japan, but it was rushed and I think being outside had something to do with it."

Despite the horrible accident that took place last week, MASADA has no intention to retire soon.
