About Scott Tiernan

Scott’s claims to fame are playing in a golf tournament with Tiger Woods (he lost), finishing a marathon in under seven hours, and graduating from elementary school with degrees in snack time, lunch, and recess.  For those keeping score at home, that’s a triple major.  His writing has appeared in the Asheville Citizen-Times, YourTango, WNC Parent, Bleacher Report, the Laurel of Asheville, some other places, and in a book about things men should be able to do.
