WWE SmackDown Results: Winners, Live Grades, Reaction, Highlights From June 7 | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors
Mia Horton SmackDown opened with the usual recap videos before the new Bloodline came out to anoint Tonga Loa into the family. Paul Heyman was his usual nervous self as he laid out what was happening.
Not only was Loa officially accepted into the group, but Tama was named Sikoa's right-hand man. After some more tension, Kevin Owens came out and attacked everyone by himself. As soon as KO was taken down, the Street Profits made the save.
After a break, the first match featured Belair and Cargill taking on Hartwell and LeRae. Before the match began, a recap of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre's attack on the women's tag champs was played, so we knew that would come into play at some point. Not only did they show up as the bell rang, but so did Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler.
The match played out as expected. We got some fun moments and double-team spots, but nothing from the match itself was noteworthy. The tag champs won, but their celebration was short-lived. Stark, Baszler, Fyre and Dawn attacked them to make a statement. This was all logical for the story WWE is building to an eventual Fatal 4-Way for the titles.
