Yara Zaya 90 Day Fiance Net Worth From Online Store Business
William Harris 90 Day Fiance fans have accused Yara Zaya of being a gold digger on more than one occasion.
The Ukraine-born TV personality faced the accusations when she visited Europe with her husband Jovi Dufren.
The allegations surfaced after Zaya insisted on buying an apartment in Prague, Czech Republic, for $150 thousand. Fans were immediately triggered and accused the reality star of cashing on her partner's money.
Yara initially wanted to buy a three-bedroom apartment in Prague. She wanted to live in Europe when Jovi was out on assignments for months. However, her plan was foiled after the housing price in Prague was beyond her imagination and financial reach.
As the couple went on apartment hunting, they were astounded that a single-bedroom basement apartment cost over $164 thousand in Prague.
Fans are not 100% to blame for calling Yara a gold digger, as the 90 Day Fiance Star has gone out of her way to call herself the same.
The online entrepreneur reportedly mentioned on a Ukrainian dating show that she wanted to marry a rich foreigner.
Similarly, back in 2021, Yara shared an Instagram post mentioning that she wanted to become Jovi's gold digger. Zaya added that she was tired of working while raising her daughter and wanted an easy way out.
Further, she wanted her husband to somehow gain a million dollars to afford her a luxurious life. Though she only meant it as a joke, some viewers still criticized the TLC star.
Later, in December 2022, Yara finally answered the accusations against her via an Instagram post. She ousted the critics for calling her a gold digger simply because she was beautiful.
Further, she also mentioned that Jovi didn't earn money to be her "sugar daddy."
